How do I select my personal itinerary?
A web-based, password protected, selection system offers delegates and suppliers the complete range of activities on board 6-8 weeks before the event. Both delegates and suppliers may, in confidence, bar those they don't want to meet.

How do I arrange additional meetings?
There will be 10 GDS business executives onsite at the event with excellent industry knowledge and the sole purpose of creating meeting opportunities. GDS staff will also endeavor to arrange press meetings upon request.

What networking opportunities are available at the forum?
Essentially we look at the forum as 72 hours of combined formal meetings and social networking opportunities. You will have numerous periods to network with other buyers and suppliers at any one of the drinks receptions or dinners which take place during the course of the forum. There is free time set aside at the event. Positioned on Nevsky Prospekt, St Petersburg’s most splendid avenue, The Grand Hotel Europe is surrounded by some of the world's greatest cultural treasures, including the Russian Museum and Mussorgsky Theatre.

Dress code?
Business attire for day and evening activities.

Any additional costs?
Excluding transport to and from departure airport, all air travel, transfers, meals, drinks (at summit events) and most activities are all part of package. Every attempt is made on our end to ensure that all participants enjoy a focused environment without distraction. Extra room charges are at participant’s expense.

How do I prepare for my meetings?
You will work with GDS analysts on developing your itinerary from the moment of your booking. You receive your provisional itinerary some 2 weeks before the event. Your itinerary is based on the choices you have made. You will have selected meetings based on full profiles of companies and their executives attending.

Are spouses/partners invited?
No. The event is strictly business.
